At FashionKart, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Size or item received is not as ordered

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice should be intact
  • Product should be in resalable condition

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Share clear images of the product (if required)
  3. Our team will verify and schedule a pickup
  4. Once received and inspected, return will be processed

Refund Policy (COD Orders)

Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued as:

  • 💳 Bank Transfer / UPI Refund
  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Products without original packaging/tags

Important Notes

  • Return pickup is subject to service availability in your area
  • In case pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Refund will be initiated only after successful quality check
