Returns & Exchanges

At FashionKart, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • You received a wrong item or incorrect size
  • Size doesn’t fit (exchange only, subject to availability)

Request Window

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Requests after this period may not be accepted

Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Product should be in resalable condition

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Share product images (if required)
  3. Request will be reviewed and approved
  4. Pickup will be arranged or self-shipping instructions will be shared

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement
  • Exchange will be processed only after the original item is received and inspected
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund

Pickup & Shipping

  • Free pickup available in serviceable areas
  • If pickup is unavailable, customer may need to self-ship the product

Refund Policy (COD Orders)

Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be processed via:

  • 💳 Bank Transfer / UPI
  • Refund initiated after successful quality check
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Items bought under sale/clearance (if mentioned)

Important Notes

  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Quality check is mandatory before approval
  • Repeated returns/exchanges may lead to restrictions
